Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 24, 2007 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager updated the Board on a recent IRS Ruling. It has been determined that the
Village's Retiree Health Savings Electives are no longer permitted unless they have been reached
within a collective bargaining agreement. The Personnel Committee will be asked to explore staff
recommendations on this issue and develop an alternative plan to offer employees whose current
RHS electives will dissolve.
