meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 19. 2007 this Executive Session•was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager updated the Board on the status of the Fire Lieutenant promotional list
published by the Fire&Police Commission. Of the 69 eligible Firefighters, 5 applied for the
Lieutenant position. The testing results are not official yet, but when they are confirmed the
new list of pre-qualified personnel for a Lieutenant position will be valid for 2 years.
