Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November k�2007_this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter. 13

Personnel
The Mayor initiated discussion with the Board regarding a letter received from the Attorney
General regarding the Village Board requesting guests that wish to speak at Board meetings to state
their name and address. The existing policy has been in place for decades. The Attorney General
noted in her letter that the Board is not required to allow guests to speak at a Board meeting. Upon
discussion it was the consensus of the Board to leave the existing policy requiring speakers to
provide their name and address in place.
The meeting adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
