to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager updated the Board on the status of the Deputy Director of Finance position
that has been open. Staff is recommending the hiring of Sandy Smalley, an internal candidate who
is currently the Accounting Supervisor. She competed against several external candidates and was
deemed the.most qualified.
The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
