Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 21, 2007 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney has been in court several times with the homeowners at Oakton and
Wildwood due to the continually delayed construction on their home tear-down project. The judge
on this case requested the Village Attorney to fill out the long-form of the Village's complaint.
The Village Attorney prepared this document recently. Based on the judge's decision, the Village
may be ordered to raze the home if the homeowner continues to make insufficient progress on the
rebuild.
