meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 8, 2008, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village was awarded the SAFER(Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response)
grant through SLGCP (the State and Local Government Coordination and Preparedness) in the
amount of$527,000. This grant is funded through the Department of Homeland Security and will
be used to hire five (5) firefighters.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
