Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board'of Trustees on February 12, 2008, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager noted that the Budget would be completed on Friday, February 15. A
general increase in personnel costs will be included in this budget. Based on the Village being
$700,000 under budget for health insurance expenses, the Village is looking to keep the PPO
rates the same for Fiscal Year 2008-2009 while the average business in our district will be
increasing their premiums.
