meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 22, 2008, this Executive Session
was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager updated the Board on several upcoming retirements in the Police
Department. Police Commander William Zimmerman is expected to retire in July and Sergeant
Tony Konetzke and Police Officer Robert Indurante are also expected to retire soon.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
