PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 17, 2008, this Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: January 2009 ©9 Date of approval for release: , 06/17/08 7:04 p.m. LITIGATION The Village's Legal Council has advised the Village to settle the tobacco license lawsuit. It was the consensus of the Board to attempt to settle the lawsuit with a Memorandum of Understanding with the plaintiff. The Village will then pass an Ordinance making the Village Code consistent with the State's Ordinance. The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
