Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 15, 2008, this Executive Session
was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
It was the consensus of the Board to concur with the Village Manager's reorganization by
moving Debbie Weber from part-time in Fire and Police Commission to the full-time position of
Secretary in the Fire Department.
Debbie will still perform all Fire and Police Commission work in the new position.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
