Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 15, 2008, this Executive Session
was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village approached the Park District about purchasing or taking over the Fire
Administration Building but they are not interested in the site. The Village also approached the
Northwest Municipal Conference, however, they too do not have a need for the site at this time.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:49 p.m.
