Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 9, 2008, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
Trustee Petri met with the Chardonnay on the Lake Homeowners Association regarding the
request for a permanent easement on the corner of Biesterfield Road and Leicester Road. The
Association approved of the proposed fountain to be built on this corner. It was confirmed that
the AT&T boxes would be screened with landscape. It was the consensus of the Board to move
forward with the proposed plans.
