Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

The Engineering staff went to Mr. Arvids Emkalns house at 1355 Berkenshire Lane to conduct a
noise-monitoring test on his neighbor's furnace. Village staff recorded the neighborhood at 50
decibels with the furnace off and 62 decibels with it on. The neighbor's home is over ten (10)
feet away from Mr. Emkalns and Trustee Prochno has witnessed the steam going straight up
from the pipe. It was the consensus of the Board to no longer pursue this issue.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
