meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 28, 2008, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
Finance is experimenting with a new paystub. The Finance Department made a sample paycheck
to experiment with. When the paychecks were printed, the gross and net pay was the old
information from the previous paystub. A new paystub can be obtained if an employee wishes.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
