HomeMy WebLinkAboutJPZ - 03/14/2017 - 2080 Lunt and 2201 Arthur Ave. subdivide ELK GROVE VILLAGE JPZ COMMITTEE MEETING Tuesday, March 14, 2017 4:20 p.m. JPZ Members Present: Sam Lissner, Village Trustee, Chairman Jeffrey Franke, Village Trustee Chris Prochno, Village Trustee Staff: Maggie Jablonski, Assistant Village Manager Ron Raphael, Engineer Supervisor, Community Development Guests: None. 2080 Lunt Avenue The Committee discussed the petition by CH Realty to resubdivide the property at 2080 Lunt Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to consolidate three (3) separate lots into one (1) lot. The current property has two buildings attached by a building link. The petitioner intends tear down both buildings to construct a single 100,000 square foot office/warehouse facility. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition. 2201 Arthur Avenue The Committee discussed the petition by DCT to resubdivide the property at 2201 Arthur Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to consolidate five(5)separate lots into one(1) lot. The property currently has a single industrial building, which the petitioner intends to make improvements to, in addition to demolishing a portion of the building for additional parking. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
