MINUTES
ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
March 19, 1980
The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order at
8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 1980 in the Multi-Purpose Room of
the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.
MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT:
Cummins, Leah, Secretary Kenna, Edward W. , Chairman
(arrived at 9:00 p.m.) Farley, Donna 0.
Geinosky, Frederick C. STAFF PRESENT:
Glass, John R. Stephen M. Feller,
Mullen, George E. Administrative Assistant
Stangeland, Orrin J.
Acting Chairman and Acting Secretary
Stangeland made a motion that Glass be designated as Acting Chairman
and that Mullen be designated as Acting Secretary. Geinosky seconded the
motion. All present voted 'AYE' .
Garlisch Subdivision: Unit No. 12
Mullen moved to approve a two lot subdivision located on the east
side of Lively Boulevard in the Higgins Industrial Park. Stangeland
seconded the motion and all present voted 'AYE' .
IMPACT ZONING
Cummins suggested that the presentation by Gould, Incorporated on
the energy crisis and its impact on zoning decisions be given at the
regular meeting on May 21, 1980. The consensus of the Plan Commission
was to approve Cummins' suggestion.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
