of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 2015, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board was informed that Hilda Ingebrigtsen is leaving the Fire Pension Board. The
Committee discussed the possibility of Mike Brottman replacing her. The consensus of the
Committee was to approach Mike Brottman to see if he is interested.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
