of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 2015, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board was informed that Gary Parrin has expressed his possible intention to leave the Police
Pension Board. The consensus of the Committee was to appoint the Police Chief to replace Gary
if he is ever inclined to leave.
