Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 10, 2015, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board was informed that the renewal premium cost of the HMO plan is down I%, and the
PPO is up 5%. There will be no change to the retiree insurance plan premium. These changes
beat the industry trend of 6.8% increases in health plans.
