of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 8, 2015, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board discussed the proposal to reclassify the Management Analyst position in the Finance
Department to the Assistant to the Finance Director in preparation for succession planning. The
consensus of the Board was to approve the position reclassification.
The meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
