Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 8, 2015, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board discussed the proposed reorganization of the Public Works Department to adjust to the
departure of Deputy Director of Public Works Dave Preissig. The Board discussed the future
retirement of the Public Works Director and the need to create a succession strategy for his
replacement. The consensus of the Board was to move forward with the reorganization.
