Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 9, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Personnel Committee met in Executive Session on Monday to discuss joining the IPBC. The
consensus of the Committee was to move forward with meeting the employee unions to discuss the
plan. The next step will be to approve a resolution officially joining the IPBC.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
