ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
Wednesday, December 2, 1981
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was
called to order at 8:08 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 1981 in the
Multi-Purpose Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.

Resubdivision of Lots 12-1b of SDK Subdivision No. 2
The Plan Commission reviewed a two(2)-lot plat of subdivision
entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 12 - 16 of SDK. Subdivision No. 2"
submitted by Draper and Kramer, Inc. After a review of the departmental
reports and consideration of the plat, Chairman Glass called for a
motion to approve the plat of subdivision; whereupon a motion was made,
seconded, and unanimously approved.
Subcommittee Meetings
The Plan Commission then adjourned the regular meeting at 9:00 p.m. ,
whereafter the subcommittees of Parking Regulations, Conditional Business
Use, and Organization of the Zoning Ordinance met. Minutes of the sub-
committee meetings will be kept by committee members and made part of
the Plan Commission minutes at the time when each subcommittee makes
its report to the Plan Commission as a whole.
