JPZ COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday, April 25, 2017

JPZ Members Present: Sam Lissner, Village Trustee, Chairman

85 Northwest Point
The Committee discussed the petition by MC Machinery to resubdivide the property at 85
Northwest Point Boulevard to incorporate the parcel acquired on Lee Street, which provides
southern access to the property.
M. Jablonski explained that when MC Machinery was approved for a Special Use Petition to
construct their North American Headquarters at 85 Northwest Point, this resubdivision was
required as a condition of the Special Use. The existing site consists of two parcels and the
petitioner has requested a Resubdivsion from the existing two (2) lots into one (1) lot.
The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
The meeting adjourned at 5:19 p.m.
