HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLAN COMMISSION - 11/04/1981 - RESUBDIVISION CUTTER LANE Minutes ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday, November 4, 1981 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order at 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 1981 in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. 14EMBERS PRESENT: Glass, John R. , Chairman Cummins, Leah, Secretary Paliganoff, David J. Stangeland, Orrin J. MEMBERS ABSENT: Fulton, Clark Geinosky, Frederick C. Mullen, George E. STAFF PRESENT: Jon Wildenberg, Administrative Assistant Stape's Resubdivision No. 1 The Plan Commission considered and approved a two-lot plat of resubdivision located on Cutter Lane. Town and Country Builders had submitted the plat. Chairman Glass and Secretary Cummins then signed the appropriate signature blocks on the plat of resubdivision. Bennett & Kahnweiler Architectural Exposition Chairman Glass then related to the Commission what transpired at the Bennett & Kahnweiler Architectural Exposition of Tuesday evening November 3, 1981 at the Bennett & Kahnweiler offices in Rosemont. Upcoming Meetings and Topic Matter 1. The November 18, 1981 Plan Commission meeting will be dedicated to meetings of the following subcommittees: (a) Conditional Business Use (members: Mullen and Geinosky)* (b) Organization of Zoning Ordinance (members: Geinosky, Fulton, and Stangeland)* (c) Parking Regulations (members: Stangeland and Paliganoff)* * Subcommittee appointments pursuant to Plan Commission minutes of May 6, 1981. 2. Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control The Village Engineer has been requested to submit a recommendation regarding an ordinance for review. • �► Plan Commission Minutes - 2 - November 4, 1981 Upcoming Meetings and Topic Matter (continued) 3. Underground Utilities Map The Village Engineer has been requested to update the Commission on the status of this information. 4. Thoroughfare Report The Plan Commission will review the Barton- Aschman Report at a, as yet undertermined, future date. 5. Impact Zoning To be considered in March, 1982. 6. Outside Lighting Requirements in Village Shopping Centers To be considered in January, 1982. The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 p.m. Respectfully submitted: on P.
