Elk Grove Village Plan Commission
Wednesday, March 18, 1981
The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order at 8:00
p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 1981 in the Multi-Purpose Room of the
Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.

Stangeland, Orrin J.
Landscaping Plan for U.S. Home Development
John Radzis was present to discuss a landscaping plan for the
condominium development located at the northeast corner of Biesterfield
and Leicester Roads. Radzis described the types of landscaping materials
that are being proposed for the project.
Mullen moved to approve the landscaping plan. Stangeland seconded
the motion and all present voted 'AYE' .
L.E. Resubdivision
Glass moved to approve a two lot subdivision, consisting of 1.84
acres, located at the northeast corner of Morse Avenue and Tonne Boulevard.
Mullen seconded the motion and all present voted 'AYE' .
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
