ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
July 16, 1975
The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order
at 8:35 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building, 901
Wellington Avenue.
MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT
Richard McGrenera Edward Hauser
William Shannon Alvin Krasnow
Thomas Hamilton Leah Cummins
William Wesley (8:25 p.m. )
Stanley Klyber (8:35 p.m. )
Rode Welding Resubdivision
Wesley moved to approve the resubdivision. Klyber seconded the motion.
All present voted 'AYE' .
Docket 75-9: Pagni & Son Request for Special Use
The Plan Commissioners voted to remove Docket 75`9 from the agenda due
to the absence of the petitioner or representative of the petitioner
from the 7/2/75 public hearing.
Section 19: Detention Pond
The Plan Commission will direct a memo to the Village President and
Board of Trustees requesting the status of the subject pond and the
fulfillment of provisionsagreed upon by the Village and Developer.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.m.
