REGULAR PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
February 8, 1972
Members Present: Chairman Shannon; Messrs . Staddler, Siewert, Krasno�,v,
Pottker, Shannon, Hamilton.
1 . Minutes (deferred) .
2 . Unfinished Business:
A . Docket 71-10 - Parcel C
Recommendation by JPZ: 24 foot wide streets, posted fire lane . Logical
since no police or fire problem . Agree with us that 20 foot not adequate
since people will park or stand and thus create a problem .
Motion was made to approve nein- plat (dated February 6, 1972) on Parcel C
with streets, as shown, posted fire lane - no parking.
Motion was carried 4 to 1 .
B . Building Commissioner's Plat Checklist was distributed to Commission with
suggestion to study and discuss at next meeting .
3 . New Business:
A . Jake's Pizza: Interpretation of Zoning Ordinance on height restriction.
Based on the Commission's Zoning Ordinance , as proposed , the definition
on "structures" seems to prevail. Defer to Village Attorney.
B. Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 75: Motion to approve (Pottker - Staddler) .
Carried unanimously.
C . Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 76: Motion to approve (Siewert - Pottker) .
Carried unanimously.
D . Review appointment application for Plan Commission vacancy. (Deferred to
February 17, 1972 .)

6. Motion to adjourn (Krasno%v - Hamilton) . Carried unanimously.
