REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
November 14, 2017

7. REGULAR AGENDA
c. Consideration to adopt the following Ordinances and Resolutions pertaining to the
annexation and development of the Elk Grove Technology:
1. Ordinance No. 3528, authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to Execute a
Redevelopment Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and Big
Acquisitions,LLC;
2. Resolution No. 62-17, approving an Annexation Agreement between the Village
and the designated owners of the property to be annexed to the Village;
3. Ordinance No. 3529, an ordinance Annexing and Rezoning Certain Territory to
the Village of Elk Grove Village subject to various conditions, Granting
Variations of the Zoning Ordinance and Approving a Landscape Plan (Brennen
Investment Group) Busse Farm;
4. Resolution No. 63-17, approving The Final Plat of Subdivision identified as the
Elk Grove Technology Park Subdivision;
S. Resolution No. 64-17, approving the Preliminary Plat of Resubdivision
identified as the Preliminary Plat of Elk Grove Technology Park Resubdivision;
6. Resolution No. 65-17, approving the Plat of Vacation of William Street and
Stanley Street and Easement for Sewer and Water Purposes;
7. Ordinance No. 3530, approving the Village of Elk Grove Village Higgins Road
Corridor Tax Increment Redevelopment Plan and Project;
8. Ordinance No. 3531, designating the Village of Elk Grove Village Higgins Road
Corridor Redevelopment Project Area;
9. Ordinance No. 3532, adopting Tax Increment Financing for the Village of Elk
Grove Village, Cook County Illinois, In Connection with the Designation of the
Higgins Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area.
(Copies of the Redevelopment Agreement and Annexation Agreement will be available
for distribution on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.)
