HomeMy WebLinkAboutJPZ - 11/14/2017 - 2101 Arthur - subdivide and 2526 Pratt - subdivide ELK GROVE VILLAGE JPZ COMMITTEE MEETING Tuesday,November 14, 2017 3:46 a.m. JPZ Members Present: Chris Prochno,Village Trustee, Chairman Patton Feichter, Village Trustee Jeffrey Franke, Village Trustee Absent: None Staff: Maggie Jablonski,Assistant Village Manager Ron Raphael,Engineering Supervisor Guests: None. 2101 Arthur Ave The Committee discussed the petition by Aerotronic Controls Company to resubdivide the property at 2101 Arthur Avenue to consolidate the existing two (2) lots into one (1) lot. The existing site consists of two parcels, and the Petitioner desires to consolidate them into one lot for the purpose of constructing a parking lot and access to Nicholas Boulevard. The Committee noted that they had received comments with no objections from the Departments of Public Works, Community Development, Fire and Police. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition. 2526 Pratt Ave The Committee discussed the petition by Pal Group, Inc.to resubdivide the property at 2526 Pratt Avenue to consolidate the existing two (2) lots into one (1) lot. The existing site consists of two parcels, and the Petitioner desires to consolidate them into one lot for the purpose of constructing an office and maintenance facility. The Committee noted that they had received comments with no objections from the Departments of Public Works,Community Development and Police. The Committee asked about the comment relating to fire hydrants from the Fire Department. R. Raphael stated that the Petitioner is complying with the comment relating to the fire hydrants. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
