HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 72-17 - 12/13/2017 - Resubdivision PAL Group 2526 Pratt Blvd RESOLUTION NO. 72-17 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS PAL GROUP,INC. (2526 PRATT BOULEVARD) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows: Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of Resubdivision identified as Pal Group, Inc., being a part of Lot 14 (except east 17 feet thereof) in Centex Industrial Park, Unit Number 3, being a subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, and Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Roger's Industrial Park Annex, being a Resubdivision in the east half of section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, east of the Third Principal Meridian according to the plat thereof filed on February 2, 1979 as Document LR3074380, in Cook County, Illinois a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal. Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois. Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 PASSED this 12th day of December 2017.
