Minutes for 10-26-2017—The minutes were approved.

Correspondence
Correspondence from Chief Walsh regarding written reprimand of a police officer.
Correspondence from Chief Walsh regarding a request to review and copy files Fire and
Police Commission files for a police officer.
Old Business
1. Fire Promotional Process—The Orientation will be held on December 6tn. The Fire
Chief gave an update on the schedule of the process.
2. Fire Vacancies—There is still one vacancy for the position of Fire Fighter. The
commission is sending recruits through the testing process.
3. Police Vacancies—The commission discussed a schedule to conduct Individual Oral
Interviews. The next academy begins on January Stn
New Business
1. Police Sergeants Test—The discussion was tabled until the next meeting.
2. Photo ID Updates—Scheduled a time for commissioners to take photo ID pictures.
Eligibility List
1. Firefighter Eligibility List will expire on 09/15/2019.
2. Fire Lieutenant Eligibility list Expired.
3. Police Officer Eligibility list Expires 02/21/2019
4. Police Sergeant Eligibility list scheduled to expire on 07/07/2018.
