ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
September 2, 1987

The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M.
TACO BELL: PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION AND SPECIAL LOCATION PLAN
Members reviewed the plat of subdivision and special location plan
requested by Taco Bell for 1400 Busse Road (at Greenleaf Avenue) .
The ingress, egress, traffic-flow and stacking space for the Taco Bell,
the retail center and the existing McDonald's Restaurant were explained
and discussed.
A motion was made by George Mullen, seconded by Phil Knudsen and
passed unanimously (Paliganoff absent) to recommend approval of the
Taco Bell Plat of Resubdivision subject to staff approval as an
access easement must be extended on the plat.
A motion was made by George Mullen, seconded by Leah Cummins and
passed unanimously (Paliganoff absent) to recommend approval of the
Taco Bell Special Location Plan subject to final approval of the
Taco Bell Plat of Resubdivision.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:41 p.m.
