The meeting was called to order by Chairman Glass at 8:17 p.m.
RBC Tech Center II
(NE Landmeier/Busse Roads)
Mr. Polich requested approval of 2-� foot landscaped overhangs
of the perimeter parking spaces at the RBC Tech Center II building
at the northeast corner of Landmeler and Busse Roads. Robin Weaver
stated that this request has been reviewed by the village Engineer
and that he recommends approval.
Tom Rettenbacher asked Mr. Polich if he plans on landscaping
all bare areas to the property line. Mr. Polich stated that all
bare areas will be landscaped with sod all the way to the curbing.
Mr. Polich added that construction has begun on Tech Center II
and should be ready for tenant occupancy by July or August of this
year.
Mr. Geinosky moved to approve the request for 23f foot overhangs
which will be landscaped with sod as shown on the revised plan dated
March 2, 1987.
Mr. Knudsen seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
(Cummins, Mullen absent)
The Plan Commission discussed development throughout the village.
The meeting was.adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
