Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M.
RBC Tech Center, Parcel F Screening Plan
(NE corner of Landmeier and Busse Roads)

Members reviewed the proposed Landscape/Screening Plan for the RBC
Tech Center, Parcel F. Building Commissioner Thomas Rettenbacher
indicated that he had no objections to the plan as long as it was clear
that the fence shown was accepted by the Plan Commission as screening.
Otherwise, the fence would not. be permitted. Members agreed that the
fence served as a screen. They directed staff to review the species
and density of the evergreen plantings.
Hamilton Lakes Village Final Plat-Phase II

David Grossberg, attorney representing Trammell Crow Company
David Grossberg, the attorney representing the Trammell Crow Co-
mpany, presented the proposed Final Plat for Phase II of the Hamilton
Lakes Village project. Phase II is the northern portion of the
residential section. It matches the Preliminary Plat for the area.
Thomas Rettenbacher requested additional staff review so that a
completed legend of page one of the Plat could be submitted and
reviewed.
A May 1 construction start is planned with first occupancies
scheduled for late 1988. The construction phase is slated to be a
24-27 month period.

Chairman Glass asked for a status update on the acquisition of
property for Beisner Road right-of-way. Bruce White informed the
members that the dialogue with the property owners had been re-
opened with letters and telephone calls by the Trammell Crow Company.
He stated that some of the owners want to meet only individually.
Bruce White noted that one stated a demand for $25.00 per square
foot of property.
A motion was made by Leah Cummins and seconded by Fred Geinosky
to recommend approval of the Final Plat for Phase II of the Hamilton
Lakes Village Planned Unit Development subject to staff review. The
motion passed unanimously (Mullen absent) .
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
