HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLAN COMMISSION - 11/03/1982 - CONDITIONAL BUSINESS USE/DOWNSIZED HOUSING Minutes ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday, November 3, 1982 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order at 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 1982 in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBER ABSENT: Cummins, Leah, Secretary Glass, John R. , Chairman Fulton, Clark Geinosky, Frederick C. STAFF PRESENT: Mullen, George E. None Paliganoff, David J. Stangeland, Orrin J. George Mullen and Fred Geinosky were appointed as Chairman Pro Tem and Recording Secretary, respectfully, for purposes of this evening's meeting. Conditional Business Use Discussion centered on the potential future zoning classification of the north side of Devon Avenue between Carlisle Avenue and Tonne Road. Downsized Housing Geinosky gave a brief report on the presentation by Centex to the Village Board and interested citizens on November 2, 1982 concerning downsized housing. There being no other business for the Commission to consider, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m. Submitted by: ` C Frederick C.
