ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
Wednesday, October 6, 1982
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was
called to order at 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 1982 in the
Multi-Purpose Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue.

Gullo Rezoning Petition (Docket 82-3)
Chairman Glass directed that a letter drafted by Secretary Cummins
dated September 29, 1982 be forwarded to the Judiciary, Planning and
Zoning Committee as well as the President and Board of Trustees.
Cook County Zoning -_ Docket #4018
Glass requested that a representative from the Village attend the
Cook County Zoning Board meeting of October 15, 1982 (to be held in the
Elk Grove Village Municipal Building) .
ICMA Textbook Offer
Staff was directed to order the ICMA Greenbook text, "The Practice
of Local Government Planning", and to determine if its contents warrant
finalizing a purchase of the text. (The book may be returned, at no
charge, within 15 days of receipt.)
Conditional Business Use
This topic will be discussed at the next Plan Commission meeting
(October 20, 1982) .
Itasca Boundary Agreement
Staff was requested to investigate conditions placed on development
along the south side of Devon Avenue pursuant to the Itasca Boundary
Agreement.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
