AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL LOCATION PARKING PLAN FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1520 PRATT BOULEVARD AND 1505 PRATT BOULEVARD (BLUE WATER
BUILDERS) IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE,ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed an application for a Special Location Parking
Plan for property located at 1520 Pratt Boulevard and 1505 Pratt Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois;
and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and Board of Trustees after having reviewed the findings and
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village to
approve the Special Location Parking Plan as requested by Blue Water Builders.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Special Location Parking Plan for Blue Water Builders for property located at
1520 Pratt Boulevard to utilize the entirety of property located at 1505 Pratt Boulevard for parking, which
plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the approval of the Special Location Parking Plan is conditioned upon the property
owner purchasing the land at 1505 Pratt Boulevard and is limited to vehicles associated with owners and/or
tenants of 1520 Pratt Boulevard to provide additional parking spots and truck parking.
Section 3: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
