ELK GROVE PLAN COMMISSION
November 15, 1989

Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m.
The Amoco Oil/Jerry Castle Annexation "finding of fact" was
reviewed to see if any revisions were needed. The Plan
Commission made a revision in the wording of the "finding of
fact".
The Plan Commission then discussed the Village's definition
of Common Open Space. The Plan Commission felt that the way the
definition currently read could be interpreted several ways. The -
Commission wants to clarify what is included in the calculation I
of open space. The following are some of the areas that need
clarification.
1. Structures: Should amenities such as swimming
pools and tennis courts be included in the
calculation of common open space?
2. Principal vs. Accessory buildings on the same
lot.

Mintues for November 15, 1989
The Plan Commission then discussed what was on the agenda
for the next month.
Following discussion, a motion was made by Dave Paliganoff
for adjournment. The motion was seconded by Tom Parker, and
passed unanimously (Geinosky and Mullen absent) . The meeting
adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
