Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 8:13 p.m.
Kimball-Hill-Landscape and Screening Plan

Glenn Richmond indicated that a revised screening plan will be
submitted and reviewed by staff before the May 3, 1989 Plan Commission
meeting. In their preliminary review.. Staffs' two major concerns were
the ability to deposit snow in the cul-de-sac; and the fire department's
accessibility of fire hydrants.
Kimball-Hill indicated that they would like to plant more
aesthetically pleasing trees and shrubs, and will maintain and replace
them if necessary per the annexation agreement. In addition, Kimball-
Hill would like to plant more than one (1) tree in the cul-de-sacs. The
final drawings will be ready for review on May 3, 1989.
A motion was made by Leah Cummins for adjournment. The motion was
seconded by George Mullen, and passed unanimously (Geinosky, Paliganoff
absent). The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
