Acting Chairman Cummins called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m.
Fred Geinosky was appointed acting secretary.
MORGANFIELD II-PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
The petitioner stated that he plans to subdivide the subject property
into 9 lots in order to complete Phase II of the Morganfield Subdivision. Fred
Geinosky inquired about the size of the homes. The petitioner stated that
the average size of each semi-custom home would be 2,500 square feet. Following
further discussion, a motion was made by Fred Geinosky to approve the Plat
of Subdivision for Morganfield Subdivision II. The motion was seconded by
Dave Paliganoff, and passed unanimously (Glass, Mullen absent) .
A motion was made for adjournment by Dave Paliganoff. The motion was
seconded by Fred Geinosky, and passed unanimously (Glass, Mullen absent) The
meeting was adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
