The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m.

Fred Geinosky was named acting.Chairman.
I.B.T. Plat of Subdivision
Robin Weaver briefly explained that I.B.T. was before the Village
seeking a plat of subdivision and special use permit for a fiber optics
facility at 1050 Busse Road (behind the Holiday Inn). The matter will
be brought before the Village Board on Tuesday, September 24, 1985.
Fred Geinosky moved that the I.B.T. plat of subdivision, with
variances as required and approved by staff, be approved. The motion
was seconded by Clark Fulton and unanimously passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLAN COMMISSION
The Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village will
hold a Special Meeting on Friday, September 20, 1985 at 5:30
p.m. in the Trustees Conference room at the Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The I .B.T.
Plat of Subdivision will be discussed.
