ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION
Date: Wednesday, May 15, 1985

The meeting began at 8:07 p.m.

T. Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner
Village Square Subdivision:
Mr. D. Burger developer of this property along with the Pastor of the
Church gave a brief history of the development which will have 12 lots.
The church will retain 2 lots, the existing church site and a lot for a
future Rectory. The remaining lots are to be developed as Single-Family
residences. Mr. Burger discussed proposed square foot area and price for
the homes.. He did not have firm figures at this time.
George Mullen moved, Orrin Stangeland seconded to approve subject to
compliance with Village Engineers requirements. Motion passed.
Just Pants Public Hearing Special Use Discussion:
T. Rettenbacher reviewed his report on this subject with the Commission.
Attorney, Chuck Byrum explained his proposed Text Amendment revision.
The Commission discussed how Just Pants would fit under the proposed
Text Amendment. It was also pointed out in the discussion that the amendment
if adopted would permit others to locate in the Business District so the
amendment could not be on the Just Pants use alone.
After further discussion the commissioner revised the text and asked that
it be reviewed by the Village Attorney for "Legalizes" prior to their next
meeting.
Plat of Vacation Section 23B (Streets)
George Mullen moved, Orrin Stangeland seconded. Motion passed.

George Mullen moved. Orrin Stangeland seconded. Motion passed.
Discussion regarding parking stalls as approved by the Village
Board.
