Public Hearing for Special Use (Just Pants) in B-2 Zoning District
The Hearing was called to order at 8:25 p.m. by Chairman Glass.

Chairman John Glass read Hearing Notice into the record.
Charles Byrum, Attorney for the petitioner described his petition,
the title and ownership of the property and its ten year history and the
Public Hearing for a Text Admendment held on April 1, 1985. Bert Cohen
an officer from Just Pants Inc. , described his company as it now exists
in two locations and his desire to secure a Special Use and combine the
operations in one location on Bonaventure Drive. John Schlesman, Controller
explained Just Pants operations. Tony Bonavolonta described the preliminary
site plan and the size of the proposed building. Complete plans have not
been prepared.
The Plan Commissioners questioned the petitioner and witnesses concern-
ing the size of their present facilities, ingress to. site from Devon
Avenue alongside of existing car wash, when will revised Text Admendment
be submitted as promised after previous hearing, were notices sent to
abuting property owners as required?
Petitioner discussed "High Tech" building for site.
Edward Cox, Baird and Warner abuting residential owner requested that
any building be architecturally attractive with face brick. Chairman
John Glass asked about landscaping and screening plans.
Hearing concluded at 10:01 p.m.

Chuck Byrum presented revised Special Use Text and report from
Rolf C. Campbell and Associates.
Tony Bonavolonta presented copies of ordinances from neighboring
communities along with comments on the types of "High Tech" industries
that they have permitted.
Commission had discussion on Special Use Ordinances and the future
needs.
The meeting concluded at 11:09 p.m.
