Executive Session was called to order at 8 : 57 p.m.
The Community Service Board discussed the evaluation of
Ms . Eike ' s performance during the past six months . Mr.
Gunn had received the evaluation of a majority of the members
and synopsized same on a single form for presentation to
Mr . Willis . Mr . Gunn had received a copy of Mr . Willis '
evaluation from Nancy. In addition to several strongly
positive written statements by members of the Community
Service Board, and high scores on the evaluations numerical
scale, Mr . Gunn assessed Mr . Willis ' evaluation as excellent.
During the discussion that followed Mr. Gunn ' s comments,
Ms . Eike was strongly affirmed by members of the Community
Service Board.
Executive Session ended at 9 : 10 p.m.

1988 . It provides details on comparison of calls , and other
information on the projects, services, etc . that Community
Service was involved in.
Here is the information that was not included in the Compendium

During the month of November 172 calls were received, and
in December the count was 231 . This leaves us with a year
end total of 1 , 904 as compared to last year ' s calls of 1, 735 .
