Marge Mahoney indicated that Cha.vtpe Aon Ray Gunn would tike the Board
to eva.2uate the need 6or vaxiou s standing commi ttee s and appoint new
membe z .to the committees. The cuAAent standing committeez ane Budget,
Nominating, and PeAzonne2. Ray has suggested that the N.om.inatc:.ng Committee
be made an ad hoc committee when .the need ar,vsu 6ok a new board member.
