Siewert, represent in4, Continental Manufacturing, were on hand for the decision on Lot 126. After much diSCUSL:i_on and reference to Charles Willis 7-17-69 memorandum regarding the CoTmprehensive Plan Right-of--Way requirements (copy attached) tor. Hamil.tor. made the following recorm endatior_: "Reconnnend approval of Lot 126 subject to compliance with Ordinance #569 by the petitioner: or subject to amendment of Ordinance 11569 changing the minimum Right-of-bray required for major arterials from 90 feet to SO feat and compliance with said minimum by the petitioner." The motion was seconded by Mr. Shannon and passed unarii;aously. Acting Chairman Ballard then resigned, turned in key, and asked us to so advise Village Board. Informal discussion follwed regarding meeting procedure and means to improve our effectiveness in serving the Village, action_ to be taken at next meeting.
