PLAN COMMISSION MEETING June 5 , 1969
Members present:

Gerald Tvrdy moved for approval of the Cardinal Court final
plat . It was seconded by Tom Hamilton . Vote was unanimous .
Gerald Tvrdy moved for the approval of the preliminary and
final plats of Centex Industrial Park, Unit 121 , seconded by
Tom Hamilton. The vote was unanimous .
W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of -the plat for the
Elk Grove Industrial Parks street layout, seconded by Tom
Hamilton. Vote was unanimous .
After discussion of the preliminary plat for Parcel D of the
Plan Unit Development as revised and submitted to the commission
at public hearing on Thursday, June 5 . The commission unani-
mously agreed that Plan B, calling for 2 to 1 parking ratio
was preferable to Plan C, calling for 1 .7 to 1 parking ratio. -
The petitioner was so notified and will be submitting a final
plat in accordance with Plan B.
