The first order of buianess was the informal presentation of the O'Hare Center which is approx. 29 acres of land. The presentaton was made by Architect Don Tyskacek and Attny Ronald Guild. They acquainted us with the master plan of the development and the .quality of the project. To go part commercial and part M-2 . There was also a continuation of the discussion of the Landmeier Rd. right of way and Bd. members present were Presider t JDP, Trustees RMcG and GC. Also present were Clay Hansen, Village Eng. Ed H ofert, Vil. Attny.. and CAW, V.M. JP stated the reason for thcb meeting was to determine what is necessary for ]x right of way not only for today but from 20 years from now. . Mr. Hansen gave a very thorough explanation of tstkx the design dstandards and why they are as str]4ct as they are. V.Mgr. recommended that we have a min. of 80 ft. on Land.-lx but 90 ft. would be better with 100 ft. being the optimum. ! After a lengthy discussion, TH moved that the meeting adjourn. Motion was seconded by GT and the meeting adjourned at 11:30 9-18-69 Present SS, GB, GT, WS . RP. TH . Leah was excused. First order of business was the public hearing on Docket 69-9 kx minutes of which are already in the public hearing. After the hearing was completed the next order of business was the EG Ind. Pk. final subd. plata - RP moved and TH seconded that the Comm. recommend approval of the sub. plat subject to a letter of agreement from Trammel-Crow that I-1 zoing would be within 32 ft. of therailroad as shown in the plat. Official street layout for Arthur and Livey Blvd. extended. sTH moved and RP seconded that we recommend approval of thef8rlQ Iqn otLively, Blvd.south. of Pratt and Arthur, east of 83 with a 66 ft. right of way/.outh of Pratte This was passed by a vote .of 4-to 2. We then reviewed the preliminary and final plats of Higgins Ind. Pk. Unit #20. WS moved ac for approval and GT seconded and it was passed unanimously. We then reviewed Higgins Ind. Pk. Unit 21 preliminary and final plat. TH moved and WS seconded that it be approved by the k Commission, subject to approval by the V. Engr. It was then decided krec that in view of the tremendous amount of time neadock, the PC has spent in trying to determine the traffic needs and right of way requirements on existing and future streets, that the PC unanimously recommends to the V. Bd, that.we undertake a- traffic study of the entire village so that there will be sound basis in making decisions on future rights of way, designating streets as major arterials and collector streets, etc. Mtg. adj. at 12:30 A.m. - - Preliminary and Final plat of the Three Musketeers rest. AK moved approval. RP seconded. Carried unanimously. 9th Addition to Elk Grove Vi llage Sect. 12 . Action was deferred until the next meeting xxtNx so that the easement could be shown.clearly on the plat. Higgins INd. Pk. Unit 26 Preliminary and final plats. WS moved and seconded by RP that we recommend approval. Motion carried unani ously. Centex Ind. Pk. Unit 134 Prel. & final plats. WS moved and seconded by GT that we recommend approval. Unit 27 &Rd Prel, and final plats on Higgins etc. Moved by WS and seconded by AK that we recommend approval. Motion carried Rogers Indy. Pk. Sub. . No action was taken .
