Members present:
Dick Potker
Bill Shannon
Tom Hamilton
W. R. Ballard
Gayle Bantner, Acting Chairman
Mr. Earl Broms of Phoenix Construction was present to discuss the
revisions in Phase #4 of the Elk Grove apartment complex. The pro-
posed changes would be elimination and consolidation of buildings
resulting in six units of forty apartments each. The previous
plat had called for 232 units in the four developments. By in-
creasing this to 240 units, they would pick up the eight-unit carry-
over from Phase #3, and would again be on schedule as far as total
units were concerned. W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the
proposed changes; seconded by Bill Shannon; vote was unanimous.
Mr. Frank Krebs, village engineer, discussed with the Plan Commission
the problem he is confronted with on Bisner Road extended south.
The proposed road would lie between Itasca Gardens and the present
Centex Development of Section 15. At the present time, a half street
has been constructed by Centex for a portion of the way, and then
nothing for'--the balance of the distance.
While no official action can be taken by the Plan Commission, it is
the unanimous recommendation of the Plan Commission that a full width
street be required on Bisner Road extended from Biesterfeld to the
south property line of Section 15.
Respectfully submitted,
W. R. Ballard, Secretary
